Founded in 2006, the company now has a 26-strong multi-disciplinary team of property experts. Every project is managed by a dedicated developer, whose mission, exclusive to the project, is that of holistically overseeing its optimal development, being a point of contact in constant dialogue with all the parties involved (local and regional authorities, administrations and future tenants). Our teams also engage the services of external specialists, such as architects, legal experts, geomarketing companies, design etc to ensure excellent project management.
