Equilis is a Belgian group with an international vocation
Since 2006 Equilis has been developing sustainable projects including both residential and commercial spaces thanks to a vision of the real estate market of today and tomorrow. In Belgium, this already represents 200,000 m² of commercial space and 1,000 residential units. We are also operating abroad, where we are represented in France, Morocco, Hungary, Poland and Ukraine. We are currently developing new projects in Spain.
Rooted right from its origins in 2006 in the development of commercial buildings (for Champion), as a subsidiary of the Mestdagh Group, the company has specialised since then in the development and support of ambitious projects across a broad range of sectors.

Our ambition: to be carrying out a significant proportion of our operations abroad by 2015 and to centre our development beyond retail, principally on city-centre mixed projects with an ever stronger residential component.
